Tropical Boba

The first time I ever had bubble tea was amazing. It was fruity, and squishy... and just uniquely delicious! Even though it is an Asian treat, I had it in a mall in Seattle. Well, I guess they do have an Oriental Town there...

The best thing to put the boba in is something thicker. It offsets the texture of the soft boba pearls.

Regular boba is boring, I got rainbow!

How pretty! And yummy!

Tropical Boba
1/3 cup Boba
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup ice
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons coconut coffee creamer
1 tablespoon boba milk tea powder

Directions:
1. Bring a saucepan filled 1/3 full with water to a boil. Add the boba and and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let soften for 5 more minutes. Drain water and mix with sugar. Place in the bottom of a glass.
2. In a blender, blend ice, milk, creamer, and milk tea power until smooth. Pour into the glass over boba. Stir with the bubble tea straw and enjoy!
