Homemade Syrups

One of the most cheap and delicious ways to flavor your coffee... Syrup! Syrup is probably one of the easiest things you could make. Sugar. Water. Flavor. Done.

Here are a few of the syrups I have made. You can get crazy with it, add any flavor you'd like!

Start with sugar and water...

Let dissolve...

Remove from heat and add flavoring, then return to heat.

And you have syrup!

Homemade Syrups

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Flavoring

Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk the sugar and water until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat. Add in flavoring. Place back over heat and whisk for 30 more seconds until throughly combined.

Flavors add-ins: 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, 1tsp vanilla, lemon extract, orange extract, almond exract, peppermint extract, 2 tablespoons fruit juice, plus any more you can think of!
