Salted Caramel Mocha

So, you all know about my obsessions with salted caramel. It all began with this drink from Starbucks. It changed my life. I know it sounds cheesey, but it really did! I have learned nothing goes better with caramel than salt!


Oh yeah, you know you want one.


I went a little over board, it's kind of flowing over...


This drink would be nothing without all of the toppings. Salt, raw sugar, caramel sauce, AND whipped cream? Oh, Baby!

Salted Caramel Mocha
2 tablespoons Salted Caramel Syrup
2 shots of espresso
1 cup milk
2 heaping tablespoons dark chocolate hot chocolate mix
Whipped Cream
Caramel Sauce
Raw Sugar
Salt
Directions:
1. In a mug, pour your 2 tablespoons of syrup.
2. Make your shots of espresso and pour over the syrup.
3. Steam the milk with with the hot chocolate mix, slightly stirring with the steam wand to thoroughly mix the chocolate. Pour the steamed milk into the mug over the espresso and syrup.
4. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with the caramel, and spinkle the sugar and salt.

Makes One Espresso
